OSIS is seeking a Billing Tech II to execute revenue cycle workflows and foster strong relationships with our valued Members and RCR Customers. This full-time, remote position offers the opportunity to grow professionally, contribute meaningfully, and collaborate with a dynamic team-all while working from the comfort of your home.
What You'll Do
- Perform end-to-end revenue cycle tasks: transactions, AR, coding, reconciliations, denials, appeals, and more
- Navigate federal, state, and payer websites to support billing and compliance
- Research coding and billing requirements to ensure accurate submissions
- Collaborate across departments to meet customer needs and support organizational goals
- Participate in committees, mentor junior team members, and support training initiatives
- Analyze workflows and recommend best practices using NextGen PM
What You'll Bring Required: - 2+ years of healthcare billing experience
- 2+years' experience with NextGen
- Familiarity with clearinghouses and healthcare portals
- Proficiency in ICD-10 and CPT coding
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and meet productivity goals
Preferred: - Experience with FQHC, dental, and behavioral health billing
- Proficiency with MS Excel
- Hands-on experience with NextGen EPM, EDR, and Optical
- NextGen Certified Professional (NCP) or willingness to certify within 6 months
Work From Home Requirements & Schedule -
Cable or Fiber Internet with minimum download speed of 20 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps

- Limited travel: 5-10 days/year
